New in 2006 in Almere, Netherlands

Looking for a nice apartment in Holland close to the capital Amsterdam? Now available for holiday or bussiness. A brandnew, wheelchair accessible apartment for 2 adults attached to the owner's house with own private entrance, terrace and garden.

In a very nice and quiet neigberhood, all amenities at walking distance and nature around the corner. Where? In the youngest city of Holland, Almere. The city which history begins only 27 years ago and has 170.000 inhabitants. Beautiful architecture of national and international well known architects. And most important of all a very good, almost perfect accessibility of shops, restaurants, theater, cinema, etc.

This luxureous apartment has one bedroom, bathroom and livingroom with open kitchen.

The living / dining room has comfortable seating and is glass fronted, a dining table, satellite tv, dvd/cd player and fast internet access. The kitchen has a hob, a hood, a fridge, a microwave oven with crisp function, a dish washer, a coffee maker and a water boiler. Crockery, glass ware, cutlery and other kitchen utensils are available.

The bathroom has a wheel-in-shower, wash basin with mirror and toilet with grab rails. The washing machine and tumble dryer is also situated in the bathroom.

The bedroom has a twin bed. One of two spring mattresses is electric adjustable in height, and also the head and foot is electrical adjustable. The second spring mattress is manual adjustable. The bedroom has also satellite tv and fast internet access.

Letting is starting from 1 May 2006. Arrival / departure day is Saturday.

Prices depend on the season and will become available very soon. Prices will definit include rental price, water, electricity, heating, fast internet, final cleaning, use of bed/ bath/ and kitchen linen, use of wash and dishwash detergent, use of rubbish bags, reservation fee.

As an additonal service we can offer pick-up and drop-off at Schiphol Airport in a wheelchair accessible van with lift. We also offer our help to you for renting accessible cars and planning your holiday.

The capital Amsterdam is only at 25 km of Almere and can be reached by car or train. Other tourist attractions are within one our drive by car.
